A young man has been killed by a train on Thursday as he was too engrossed in his cell phone, speaking to someone via his hands-free device. According to police, Shahid, 30-year-old, was walking on the railway track with his hands-free device plugged into his ears. Due to the loud noise, Shahid was distracted as a result of which he was unable to hear an old man who tried to warn him about an oncoming train. Police further stated that Shahid was talking to someone on the phone.
